Shipping Information
General Carrier Delivery Guidelines:
CANADA*
Ontario + Quebec: 2-4 business days in transit.
Rest of Canada: 5-9 business days in transit.
Local Delivery*:
Toronto Courier - 1-2 business day delivery.
Orders placed before 10:30am (M-F) are placed into a priority sequence to process the same day and be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10:30am (M-F) will require 1 extra day of processing time.
Shipping Fees: Free shipping for all orders within Canada.
Processing Timelines:
Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to pack and ship your order. Delivery timelines do not include processing times.

To get a better idea of delivery time, please refer to the options presented at the time of purchase. Once your order has been placed, refer to the tracking link in your shipping email. Please note, that we rely on Canada Post, local couriers within Canada and DHL within the U.S. and cannot always guarantee that shipments will be delivered on time.

Sales Taxes + Duties
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the province/territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.
Exchanges
If you simply want to exchange an item for a different size, send the item back to us after filling out our Returns & Exchanges Form and we will cover the cost to ship the new item back to you. This service is only available to our Canadian customers at the moment.
When shipping an item for an exchange, we recommend sending it back with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
