Please fill out the form below and our team will follow up with next steps. As a reminder, returns and exchanges must follow these guidelines:

The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and have all the parts if there are multiple items in a set.

The item must have a valid Cerilica sales receipt or invoice number

An item cannot be returned under the following conditions:

If the item was purchased in person at a show or event (exchanges only within 30 days).

If the item was purchased during a sample sale or sale that was advertised as “final sale”.

If the items has been worn and/or washed.

If the item was purchased more than 30 days prior.
